Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, the organization team of PacificVis 2021 has decided not to host
a physical meeting in Tianjin, China. Instead, the conference's opening and keynote address will be held
live via Zoom. Presentations of all technical papers (including full papers, Notes papers, and workshop
papers) will be pre-recorded, and Q&A will be conducted asynchronously via Vimeo.
Registration is free for non-authors, so we welcome everyone to join this great
event.
This year, we invited Prof. Xiaoru Yuan from Peking
University and Helwig Hauser from University of Bergen as our keynote speakers. The keynote will be held right after the opening session, and the
discussion will follow.
